Negotiation and Court Interpreting

As an experienced interpreter, I support you at notary appointments, court hearings, and negotiations, especially in complex legal and economic matters.

Depending on the occasion, different interpreting methods are used:

  • In consecutive interpreting, I interpret what is said in sections after the speaker – for example for notary appointments, where precision and complete reproduction are essential.
  • Liaison interpreting is suited for bilateral discussions, for example in contract negotiations or client meetings, where direct exchange is important.
  • In simultaneous interpreting, the transfer takes place in real time – on-site via a headset system or online. This is the best choice for conferences or multilingual events with many participants.

  • Court hearings & arbitration: Client meetings, interrogations, taking of evidence, oral hearings.

I carefully prepare for every interpreting assignment by familiarizing myself with the topic, the participants, and the process. My focus is on the Rhine-Main area and Berlin; nationwide assignments are possible by arrangement.

Specialist Legal Translations

I deliver legally accurate translations for international transactions and procedures. I am generally authorized to confirm the accuracy and completeness of translations from the Chinese language and am therefore entitled to produce certified translations for German and European authorities. My translations are also recognized in China.

  • Contract Law & Corporate: Articles of association, HR extracts, contracts, powers of attorney, terms and conditions.
  • Litigation & Justice: Statements of claim, judgments, legal opinions, written pleadings.
  • Finance & Reporting: Financial statements, audit reports, tax documents.
  • Certified Translations: Certified translations of documents and certificates for official purposes.
  • Change Management: Intercultural communication and consulting during change processes.
